I tried calling and Ron answered the phone, he did not introduced himself and when I asked his name he said ‘interesting” when I said usually Lexus employees introduce themselves he was not helpful at all and hung up on me when I asked to speak to different service agent. Thankfully Derrick answered the phone, introduced himself right away and was able to help me immediately and professionally. Santa Fe location has not been the same since Frank left and Ana left. In and out in about an hour w multi-point inspection.Great service adviser and waiting area.
Derrick Sandoval did a great job with explaining several things needing to be done to my car. Whoever was in charge of cleaning my car didn’t even vacuum or dust my car. Only thing done was wash the driver seat floor mat.
