Adrian Nevarez made what is usually a tedious process painless! He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the specific year & model of the Lexus we chose. When we returned for a test drive, even though he was with another customer, he assured that someone was available (Janessa, also very nice & knowledgeable) to accompany us & answer our questions. Adrian agreed to research obtaining the original owner’s CD manual & intervened on our behalf to acquire a second key at the dealer’s cost. The dealership is undergoing renovations, so the offices were located in an on-site ...

Brian is my service advisor and he went beyond expectation from my experiences with my previous Lexus service at another dealer I CA. He is caring, honest and a great communicator. This is my first visit to this dealership so hard to assess other aspects of LofSF. Car was not cleaned very well at the end of service but everything else was great.
Brian was great! he helped me get my car serviced right away and advice me on what to get next, also worked with my price quotes which he matched and beat!

I have used only this dealership for service since I purchased my Lexus ten years ago. The several service advisors I have worked with over the years have always been courteous and helpful, and recently Brian Brannon and Latisha Brown have been especially so.

Ron was great, I thought I had made an appointment but somehow it had not gone through. He was very understanding and got me in for an oil change so I wouldn’t have to come back another time. Also, enjoyed having a clean car for the ride home, the car wash is very much appreciated. Everyone there so helpful and friendly.
Excellent service and welcoming, friendly staff. Although the dealership is being upgraded with much construction in process, still the waiting lounge was attractive and comfortable. My service person, Ron, was friendly and efficient as always. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I was very pleased to find that my oil change was not only done in a timely manner, but a multi-point inspection and vehicle wash/ vacuuming was included as well. Very comfortable waiting room (despite being in the middle of construction) which included chairs low enough for those of us under 5’9” to sit comfortably, very rare in public seating. Brian Brannan and other staff were consistently communicative, respectful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking automotive service.
