Customer service is almost not a priority. I tried calling and Ron answered the phone, he did not introduced himself and when I asked his name he said ‘interesting” when I said usually Lexus employees introduce themselves he was not helpful at all and hung up on me when I asked to speak to different service agent. In and out in about an hour w multi-point inspection.Great service adviser and waiting area.
Derrick Sandoval did a great job with explaining several things needing to be done to my car. Whoever was in charge of cleaning my car didn’t even vacuum or dust my car. Only thing done was wash the driver seat floor mat.
Always a good visit for maintenance at the Santa Fe Lexus dealer. I feel like they’re watching out for me.
Ron is great! I called him with a question about new windshield wipers, and he scheduled me an appointment for the following morning. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes, and there was a sale going on! It felt good to check that off my to do list. Thank you Ron from Lexus of Santa Fe.

Our salesperson Penny Truelock had everything ready when we arrived so our time could be spent learning the vehicle. Our finance person Elier showed us the protection products we saw value in and made sure they fit our specific needs. We were so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness of the entire department as we waited for our oil to be changed. The waiting room/showroom has every feature you could possibly want to be completely comfortable. There are many different kinds of specialty drinks besides coffee And many delicious snacks that make the wait time so enjoyable. These employees really exceed your expectations in every way.

Excellent Service Department. They efficiently reviewed work to be done and did it. They provided a good loaner car that was waiting right outside the door. I needed to do a little work and the Lexus Waiting Room worked well plus there were a variety of tasty snacks. I returned with the loaner car in 2 hours and my car was ready, washed, and serviced. It was service that I think we all wish for.

After 5 Lexus cars, I finally had an unexpected issue. That quality of the product is why I bought another! Lexus. Is this situation, I needed roadside service, which was prompt and professional. Then the service department got my car inspected, all issues resolved, and I was back on the road in a couple of hours.

I was helped by Joe Sanchez when my car had an unexpected issue that needed immediate repair. This issue happened the day before my scheduled service, and when I called the service department, Joe was kind enough to help me out with a loaner vehicle while they started work on my car earlier than planned. Furthermore, he was honest and transparent about the estimated service costs, and was even able to find discount vouchers that saved me money at the time of completion! He was helpful, prompt in communication, and was amazing to work with.
I met with Joseph he was polite and told me all what they were doing…… I also want to thank Brian the service manager for doing an outstanding job with my car and helping me with a loaner since I am 2.5 hrs …. Kailei Radtke, Service Advisor, was very efficient, professional, and personal during my recall appointment. I also asked her to have the service technician check a tire that consistently lost air. Not only did they check the tire, but they also did a much more thorough check of the car. Kailei kept me informed throughout my wait and quickly arranged a courtesy car for a day until the dealership received a replacement tire for the damaged one. Brian Brannan, Service Manager, was very patient, professional, and efficient in answering my questions about my Platinum Service Agreement.

Lexus of Santa Fe is an outstanding dealership. The staff there from sales to service go out of their way to accommodate their clientele. I have bought several Cars there and the sales people have been so helpful in finding the right car for me without any high pressure. Once I have purchased my car, the service department does an excellent job of servicing and maintaining the car. They also provide the service of cleaning your car. This Lexus dealership is outstanding, and for this reason I will continue doing business there!
Santa Fe Lexus takes good care of Lexus cars that come to the dealership for regular maintenance. They take the time to explain and answer questions and they wash your car! I drive 6 hours round trip to come to the Santa Fe Lexus dealership. It’s worth the drive!

Diagnosing was fast. The work needed was difficult to get to so it took a couple of hours. We waited at the dealership in their new digs. Chairs were comfortable and the drinks and snacks plentiful. We live 2/1-2 hrs from any Lexus dealer. On the long ride home the car performed perfectly, so all is good.
