Adrian the salesman was very respectful.....i really appreciated his calm and non pushy approach. the finance person, Jarvis Newman went over the options......he was very convincing and i walked out feeling like i could relax with the extensive coverage i got. everyone at the dealership was very friendly and non aggressive. i would recommend Lexus of santa fe.
